Police Officer Gary Gryder Husband, father, 20 year police veteran Allegedly Murdered by Hung Troung Hung Troung, an illegal alien from Vietnam, now faces manslaughter charges in the death of Huston Police officer Gary Gryder. Officer Gryder was killed while he was working traffic control, in which police allege that Trong was driving drunk and crashed thru construction barriers, hitting Gryder and also severely injuring another officer. Gryder later died at the hospital. Trong allegedly was laughing after being arrested by police.
Janice A. Williams, 48 Allegedly murdered by Oscar Romero, 25 Oscar Romero, a 25-year-old Honduran illegal alien, illegally living in Poughkeepsie, New York, is sought by police in the murder of Janice Williams, 48. Romero allegedly stabbed Williams in his apartment and threw Williams out of the window. Romero fled the apartment he shared with four other men, and an arrest warrant was issued for his arrest. Romero has a previous conviction for third-degree assault in 2006, and served nine months for that crime. [Why wasn't he deported after he served his time?] Anyone with information about Romero should call the city police at 845-451-4000. Nayasheika Cooper, 19 Young mother killed Allegedly killed by Juvenile Mexican Illegal Alien, 15 A 15-year-old Mexican illegal alien living in Athens, Georgia, has been charged with vehicular homicide in the death of 19-year-old Nayasheika Cooper. Cooper and her 3-year-old son were walking down the street when Cooper was allegedly run down by the Mexican juvenile who fled the scene leaving Cooper to die in a ditch. [This is typical behavior of most illegal aliens from Mexico and Latin America.] Police captured the illegal alien who confessed days later when they found his damaged vehicle parked at an apartment complex. In addition to being charged with vehicular homicide, the illegal alien is charged with hit and run, DUI, and underage possession of alcohol. Mackenzie J. Maddox, 6 Another innocent child Allegedly killed by Jose A. Rodriguez, 29 Jose A. Rodriguez, an Mexican illegal alien living in Kenosha, has been arrested in the death of 6-year-old Mackenzie J. Maddox and injuries to her 25-year-old mother, Andrea Maddox. Andrea Maddox and her daughter were crossing a street when they were allegedly hit by Rodriguez. who has been hired [illegally] by a waterproofing company in Oak Creek. Rodriguez has been charged with causing a death and driving with a revoked license. [Unfortunately it appears that like in Ohio, the crime is a misdemeanor, with a maximum sentence is less than one year for illegals who kill Americans]. The trial is expected to take place in the Milwaukee County Circuit court. It was reported that U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) deported Rodriguez last February but Rodriguez once again illegally re-entering the U.S. thanks to poor border enforcement. Rodriguez now faces federal charges for re-entering the country illegally. The federal penalties could land Rodriguez in prison for up to 20 years. News reports have indicated that police records show that Rodriguez has been convicted and served time in jail before for driving while intoxicated. Jamiel Shaw, 17 Son, high school athlete Allegedly killed by Illegal alien gang Illegal alien gang members are allegedly responsible for the death of high school student Jamiel Shaw, 17, murdered in an unprovoked attack. It was reported that Anita Shaw, Jamiel's mother, wanted her son to be remembered as a hero and Christian-- a good example for young people to follow. And update will be coming soon. Marcus Lassiter, 7 Innocent child now dead, family in mourning Allegedly killed by Pollo Hernandez Rodriquez Pollo Hernandez Rodriquez, a suspected illegal alien, allegedly killed 7-year-old Marcus Lassiter in a hit and run incident which left the child brain dead. Reports said that Pollo Hernandez Rodriquez, will likely be charged with a number of crimes, including felony hit and run, driving while impaired, driving without a license, driving a stolen car and causing serious injury with a motor vehicle. Rodriquez is in jail and bond was set at $1 million. Rodriquez was arrested after attempting to flee the crime scene. Law enforcement continues to attempt to verify his real name. Frank Brooks, 5 Innocent happy child now dead, family in mourning Allegedly killed by Jaime Perez, 35 Jaime Perez, a suspected illegal alien from Mexico was arrested in the May 24, 2008 death of 5-year-old Frank Brooks. Police allege that Perez was driving drunk, racing down the street in his Ford Excursion SUV and ran over the child in front of the child's home. Eyewitnesses told police that Perez offered no help to the child he just hit-- he just drove away, leaving the child to die on the side of the road. Perez is being held without bond and is charged with DUI, leaving the accident scene and driving without a license. Federal immigration officials are deciding if Perez will be deported. Authorities said that Perez had a Tennessee identification card, Mexican ID's, and "questionable" [this means probably fraudulent or stolen] social security cards. Thanks to politicians who pander to illegal aliens, little Frank is now dead and the family will now suffer for the rest of their lives. Cleo Virginia Kint, 87 Another elderly woman killed Allegedly killed by Mararito Jardono, 24 Mararito Jardono, an illegal alien from Mexico [illegally living in Lower Paxton Township] has been charged in the crash death of Cleo Virginia Kint, 87. Jardono allegedly drove a Dodge Ram pickup through a red traffic light and crashed into Cleo Virginia Kint's Buick. Kint died from the injuries she suffered in the crash. District Judge Ray Shugars set bail at $10,000. [That seems low since the defendant is a high flight risk]. Jardono's relatives and the pastor of his church were trying to raise the money Thursday night. [Why are they not raising money for the victim the victims family for funeral expenses instead?] Although notified, federal immigration authorities failed to attend the arraignment. Carma Smith, 52 Wife, mother of 7, and U.S. Postal worker Allegedly killed by Leonel Zurita-Loeza, 26 Leonel Zurita-Loeza, an illegal alien from Mexico, illegally living in Portland, has been arrested in the death of U.S. Postal worker Carma Smith, who just celebrated her 33rd wedding anniversary. Zurita-Loeza allegedly killed Carma Smith while participating in a court diversion program for an earlier DUI arrest [why was an illegal alien allowed to stay in the US after a DUI arrest in the first place?] Zurita-Loeza allegedly had a blood alcohol rate twice the legal limit. Thanks to politicians who pander to illegal aliens, Carma Smith is now dead, and her seven children no longer have a mother--and her husband is now a widow. Theresa Tacoma Daughter, U.S. Postal worker Allegedly killed by Adonai Gonzalez, 22 Adonai Gonzalez, 22, a suspected illegal alien from Mexico, has been arrested in the death of Theresa Tacoma. Gonzalez allegedly went on a rampage, driving his Ford Exploer into a number of vehicles, including Tacom's motorcycle, killing her. Two other victims suffered injuries. Like most cowardly illegal
aliens, Gonzalez left Tacoma to die while he

Clarence "Buddy" Mason, 51 Shot while walking his dog Allegedly murdered by Maurilio Vasquez, 23 Maurilio Vasquez, an illegal alien from Mexico is a fugitive sought in the murder of Clarence "Buddy" Mason, 51, of Modesto, California. Neal Eugene Singer, 35 Allegedly murdered by Juan Antonio Velazquez, 37 Juan Antonio Velazquez, an illegal alien, was arrested in the brutal beating death of Neal Eugene Singer, 35. Velazquez has been arrested previously but was never deported according to news reports. Paul Watry, 17 Son, friend, and student Killed by Eddie Carbajal-Lile, 27 3-24-08 Update: Eddie Carbajal-Lile, an illegal alien, was found guilty this week in the death of Paul Watry, 17, of Port Washington, Wisconsin. He will be sentenced May 19, 2008. The status of 18-year-old Scot Mueller and 18-year-old Jillian Fitzmaurice who were also injured in the crash were not reported. Carbajal-Lile drove his vehicle into the victims and fled the scene of the accident on foot [typical cowardly behavior of illegal aliens]. Carbajal-Lile who was illegally living in the U.S. has previously been convicted of driving without a license and DUI but was never deported. [Why wasn't he previously deported after his first arrest? Who illegally employed this illegal alien in the U.S.? --Why are they not facing criminal charges for enabling Carbajal-Lile to live in the U.S.? Chris Miller, 20 Parents only Son Killed by Jocabed Dominguez-Torres Update: Jocabed Dominguez-Torres, an illegal alien, recently pleaded guilty to manslaughter and aggravated assault in the death of twenty-year-old Chris Miller in 2007. Jocabed Dominguez-Torres was driving drunk like so many illegals carelessly do, and slammed into a car in which Chris Miller was a passenger. Miller died from his injuries. Adrienne Shelly Wife, mother of two, actress, writer, and director Murdered by Diego Pillco 2-14-08 Update: Illegal alien Diego Pillco has confessed to the November 6th murder of actress Adrienne Shelly, whose lifeless body was found in her New York Greenwich Village home last year. Pillco, who was illegally hired to do construction work near Shelly's home, admitted to planning to rob Shelly, including strangeling Shelly with a sheet and then stringing her up to a shower rod to make her murder appear to be a suicide. Leeanna Newman, 20 Newlywed pregnant wife Murdered by Rigo Verto Guillen-Martinez 2-5-08 Update: Rigo Verto Guillen-Martinez is another arrogant and self-centered illegal alien from El Salvador with no concern for Americans. Guillen-Martinez was found guilty last September [we just found out about this case] in the Murder of Leeanna Newman. Newman was a young newlywed who was 8 months pregnant when Guillen-Martinez killed her and her unborn child in a head-on crash--in his attempt to flee police. Not surprisingly Guillen-Martinez had been arrested and convicted twice previously with DWI, assault, and three times for driving with a revoked drivers license. He has been known to use several aliases. He was deported twice but thanks to the abysmal open US border policy of Congressional Democrats and President Bush, this criminal was able to easily reenter the U.S. (illegally for at least the third time). George Azarian, 61 Disabled elderly man Allegedly killed by Milena Henao, 27 1-29-08 Update: Milena Henao, an arrogant and self-centered illegal alien from Colombia was arrested for vehicular homicide and leaving the scene of an accident. Henao allegedly killed George Azarian on New Year's Eve in 2006. George Azarian, 61, disabled, was crossing the street when Henao's vehicle allegedly ran Azarian over and left him in the street to die [this is a common practice for illegals--they just don't care about anyone else but themselves]. Henao then made up a number of lies to cover up her alleged crime. Luckily there was a video surveillance
camera that caught the incident on tape, which provided enough clues to
connect Henao to the crime, including the victim's DNA which was found on
Henao's car. Henao remained on the run for a year until she was
finally captured in New York. U. S. Border Patrol Agent Allegedly killed by Jesus Navarro Montes, 22 Jesus Navarro Montes, has been arrested in Mexico for the death of U.S. Border Patrol Agent Luis Aguilar. Montes allegedly ran Aguilar over when Aguilar was placing spike strips on the roadway in an effort to stop Montes vehicle which was suspected of carrying drugs and or illegal aliens into the United States. Juan Gabriel Ontiveros, 32 Husband, father of four Allegedly killed by Quirino Mateo Antonio, 30 Quirino Mateo Antonio, an illegal alien from Mexico living in California was arrested in the death of Juan Gabriel Ontiveros. Antonio allegedly was drunk and driving 90 miles an hour when he slammed his car into Ontiveros's vehicle, killing him. Antonio was deported from the US in 2003 after it was determined he was an illegal alien living in the US illegally. Some how he was able to obtain a California drivers license anyway. Mary Richey, 40 Daughter, wheelchair-bound Killed by Rafael Avelino Gines Rafael Avelino Gines, an illegal alien living in Oregon pleaded guilty to felony hit-and-run in the death of Mary Richey. Richey had exited a bus and was attempting to cross the street in her wheelchair when she was struck by Gines who fled the scene of the accident. Audra Kaczur, 24 Daughter, law student, girlfriend Killed by Nilssen Torres-Paredes, 30 Nilssen Torres-Paredes, an illegal alien from Ecuador, pleaded guilty to second-degree manslaughter in last year's crash that killed Audra Kaczur, 24, and David Calogero, 31. Also injured in the crash was Paul Kind who was Kaczur's boyfriend and Calogero's best friend. The three were returning home after bowling. Torres-Paredes admitted to drinking and driving the wrong way down a street at least 68 mph in a 30 mph zone at which time he struck Kind's car. Student, daughter, good friend to many Killed by Pedro Santos, 27 UPDATE: Restaurant cook Pedro Santos, an illegal alien from Mexico living in Maryland Heights, pleaded guilty November 26, 2007 to involuntary manslaughter in the April death of Nicole Allen, 21. Santo's was driving drunk and plowed his Lincoln Continental into the back of Allen's vehicle which was stopped at a red light. Santos also pleaded guilty to second-degree assault for the injuries he caused other passengers and he also pleaded guilty of leaving the scene of an accident. Santos was captured while attempting to hide in the woods near the crash site. Andrew Newell, 22 Son Allegedly killed by Juan Manuel Juarez Reyes Mexican illegal alien Juan Manuel Juarez Reyes has been arrested in the death of Andrew Newell, 22. Newell was returning from a Thanksgiving trip when his car was in was hit by Reyes, who police say was speeding and driving drunk. Newell's father remains in critical condition. Juarez Reyes was caught illegally in the U.S. by Border Patrol agents in 2002. Reyes was returned to Mexico but he illegally reentered the U.S. again. Barr of Dover, Ohio. Usralios is charged with one count of vehicular homicide and one count of driving without a valid operator’s license. According to a news report, Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents have placed a hold on Usralios, and may be subject to deportation [A little late for the Barr family]. Barr’s family is reportedly angry that Usralios might be in the U.S. illegally, and who can blame them. Usralios had reportedly lived in both Dover and Strasburg, Ohio. Sejal Patel,28 of Twinsburg, Ohio Murdered by Vijaykumar V. Patel, 37 Vijaykumar V. Patel, an illegal alien, was convicted of murder in the death of Sejal Patel. Sejal Patel's body was found hidden in a Mercedes SUV parked in the Daimler Chrysler Stamping Plant in Twinsburg, Ohio in July of 2005. The Summit County Medical Examiner's Office determined Patel had been beaten and strangled to death. Vijaykumar V. Patel through an Indian interpreter pled guilty to aggravated murder, while other charges were dropped due to a plea deal with prosecutors. On June 19, 2007, Borjorquez allegedly was throwing beer bottles out his window and then repeatedly rammed a sheriff's unmarked car. The officer car was pushed in front of the victim's Lavulavu's vehicle, resulting in a crash. Lavulavu died the next day at the hospital. Borjorques is charged on suspicion of aggravated assault and second-degree homicide. Authorities say he had been deported four times. Gardiner, 22 Daughter, TSU student and athlete Allegedly killed by Victor Javier Benitez, 24 George Alwyin Smith, 54 Allegedly killed by Michael Caldera De Latorre, 24 Michael Caldera De Latorre, an illegal alien, has been charged with DWI, felony death by motor vehicle, two counts of assault with a deadly weapon, no operator’s license and careless and reckless driving. The charges were filed after the June 4, 2007 crash in which De Latorre allegedly was driving a stolen vehicle that plowed into Smith's vehicle, killing Smith. De Latorre was working illegally in the US at a Concord, NC concrete company. Roberto Castaneda, 18, a passenger in De Latorre's car, was detained after it was determined that he was also an illegal alien who was previously deported.
Frank Fabiano Kenosha County Sheriff's Deputy Allegedly killed by Ezeiquiel Lopez, 44 Ezeiquiel Lopez, an illegal alien has been charged with murdering Kenosha County Sheriff's Deputy Frank Fabiano. Lopez, had a prior criminal record, including charges of lewd and lascivious conduct (Utah), DUI (Missouri), gun charge (Texas), domestic battery, disorderly conduct, bail jumping, and murder (Wisconsin). It took the shooting death of Deputy Fabiano before local, state or federal authorities took notice of Lopez's illegal presence in the US--which cost Deputy Fabiano's life. Lopez admits to drinking tequila and taking cocaine prior to the murder, but says he doesn't remember shooting anyone. Deputy Loren Lilly, 41 Allegedly killed by Joel Camacho Perea, 27 Joel Camacho Perea, an illegal alien, allegedly drove into the path of Deputy Loren Lilly's vehicle, killing him. Perea reportedly left Deputy Lilly to die as he and his passenger fled the scene of the accident. The despicable duo were later arrested and now sit in a Cobb County jail cell. Perea faces charges of vehicular homicide, hit-and-run, failure to maintain lane and driving without a license. Perea was illegally living in Marietta, GA. It is unfortunate someone had to die before Immigration and Customs Enforcement took an interest in enforcing Perea's deportation.
Robert Gregorio, 63 Retired police officer Allegedly killed by Mexican national, 18 An alleged Mexican national, 18, has been arrested in last week's death of Robert Gregorio. Gregorio was killed when his motorcycle was hit by the suspect's car (who was fleeing police). The suspect reportedly had no ID except a Mexican student ID card. [Legal entry requires a valid visa which must be made immediately available for inspection.] The suspect remains in jail on suspicion of manslaughter.
William Timothy Johnson Killed by Roman Pena Rubi, 29 Roman Pena Rubi, an illegal alien, was sentenced this December to 5 years in prison for the 2002 hit-and-run death of William T. Johnson of Waynesboro, Virginia. Rubi, like so many other cowardly illegal aliens, ran away and left Johnson to die. Amy Kortlang, 22 Allegedly killed by Rafael Ramirez Perez, 22 Previously convicted felon and illegal alien Rafael Ramirez Perez allegedly went on another drunken roadway rampage which culminated in the death of Amy Kortlang, a young 22 year-old cosmetologist. Perez reportedly was driving recklessly at high speed, causing two separate crashes, including his head-on crash into Kortlang's vehicle in October, 2006. Perez allegedly abandoned his vehicle and fled on foot (coward) leaving Amy Kortlang to die. Through vehicle records, police were able to locate the company truck's owner, who identified Perez as the driver. Perez is charged with murder, felony hit-and-run and felony DUI. Perez had been deported back to his home in Mexico in March 2006, but once again illegally re-enter the US.
