A minister can't admit to the folly of her own false beliefs--even after her own child is murdered This is a sad story from Huntsville Alabama. The Huntsville Times ran a story written by Kay Campbell in the paper's Living section November 14, 2008. The headline read Local film 'Desconocida' explores the immigration crisis. It was a story about a film described as a documentary that deacon and ordained Baptist minister Ellin Jimmerson was producing about the U.S. immigration crisis. The documentary is named Desconocida. Jimmerson also reportedly helped found the Huntsville Immigrant Initiative which opposed The Secure America through Verification and Enforcement Act in 2007. Jimmerson evidently thought it was her Christian mission to help illegal aliens for whom she has been quoted as describing as "being crucified" by Americans which tells you something about her sense of justice in the United States. Perhaps her study of liberation theology blinds her capacity to reason. I cannot find a single word of compassion or acknowledgement in Jimmerson's words for the thousands of American killed and murdered by illegal aliens over the past 20 years. In a twist of fate, Jimmerson hired one of her "crucified" illegal alien's named Felix Ortega to help translate the many interviews Jimmerson conducted with illegal aliens and others in Alabama and elsewhere. Jimmerson had no idea how Felix Ortega would change her family's life and that of the entire city of Huntsville five months later. On April 17, 2009 Ellin Jimmerson's 16-year-old daughter Leigh Anna was killed along with her boyfriend in a horrific car crash. The person arrested for causing the high-speed drunken crash was an illegal alien-- with an arrest record that included multiple DUI convictions and multiple false identities. Who was the alleged drunk driver police claim caused the double homicide? It was Felix Ortega, or whatever his real name is--Minister Jimmerson's own illegal alien interpreter. Even after the death of her daughter, Ellin Jimmerson still holds onto her false belief that illegal aliens like Felix Ortega are being "crucified" and oppressed by our country's rules. This is the folly that so many supporters of illegal aliens seem unable to escape-- and is so dangerous to American families and U.S. national security. Unfortunately, as naive people like Jimmerson continue to pursue their brand of "social justice" by aiding and abetting illegal aliens (and indirectly the Mexican drug cartels that dominate drug distribution in the U.S.), many more Americans will continue to die and our nation will become increasingly lawless, corrupt, and broke. Illegal Alien from El Salvador expected to be charged in Cleveland woman's 2001 murder Cleveland native Chandra Levy's murder had gone unsolved since 2001. The murder drew national attention in part because the subsequent murder investigation revealed that the young U.S. Bureau of Prison's intern was reportedly involved romantically with former Democratic Congressman Gary Condit, of California's 18th congressional district. Investigators are now expected to charge Ingmar Guandique, an illegal alien from El Salvador with Levy's murder. Monica Ramos bravely fought back tears as the bad new sank-in that her husband's imprisonment would likely continue unless he receives a pardon from President Bush. Oberlin City Council Passes Illegal Alien Sanctuary Resolution Oberlin, OH -- The Oberlin city council met last Tuesday to vote on the third reading of the amended version of its illegal alien "don't ask don't tell" sanctuary resolution. The controversial resolution which was first discussed by city council in December, was in response to last year's Immigration and Customs Enforcement raid on a local Mexican restaurant in which several illegal alien fugitives were captured. Despite concerns that the resolution was unconstitutional, violated the civil rights of the city's employees, and would provide a safe haven for criminal aliens, the resolution easily passed in a 6-1 vote. The majority of council sided with the proponents of the proposal who argued that the immigration system is broken and that the sanctuary resolution is necessary for good for the community. Opponents argued that the system would work if existing laws were enforced, and the city of Oberlin has no right to violate federal law nor the rights of all Ohioans based on its perceived notion of an unjust law. Over the past three city council meeting, supporters and opponents of the measure continued to trade charges and submit conflicting testimony. Now that the resolution has passed, opponents which include Ohio Jobs & Justice PAC, are considering challenging the city's action in court on the grounds that the resolution may violate federal law. The mayor of nearby Kipton, Ohio, is also planning additional action. The mayor is considering the adoption of anti-sanctuary legislation in Kipton and encourage other public officials to adopt similar anti-sanctuary resolutions in their communities. Members of the Rally Team, an anti-illegal immigration group in Painesville, will meet in February to discuss its response. Several of its members traveled to Oberlin each week to testify to its opposition to the resolution. |

OJJPAC to begin work on "Project RICO" Cleveland, OH--The founder of Ohio Jobs & Justice PAC (OJJPAC) announced today that OJJPAC will begin to use the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) against company executives who illegally hire foreign workers at the expense of lawful Ohio citizens. Steve Salvi, founder and executive director of OJJPAC, stated that although RICO lawsuits have traditionally been used to fight organized crime, the Act can also be applied to immigration law violations. "Massive corporate and political corruption has allowed millions of Americans to lose their jobs to illegal foreign workers in manufacturing, construction, food processing, and numerous service industries. Law abiding employers are also run out of business because they can't compete with businesses who don't pay taxes, use less costly illegal workers, and let taxpayers pick up the costs for the illegal workers' health care and education. A RICO lawsuit is one legal tool that can make corporate criminals pay for their greed and the destruction they inflict on Ohio families and legitimate businesses," said Salvi. Salvi said that in the 2007 case Hager v. ABX Air, Inc, et al., Ohio Southern District Court Judge John D. Holschuh ruled that a corporation's executives are subject to the RICO Act if the defendants knowingly were hiring illegal aliens. |

| FAIR's successful Hold Their Feet To The Fire event brought citizen community activists from all over the United States to Capitol Hill to discuss the illegal immigration crisis and lobby Congress. Activists asked members of Congress to support the enforce existing immigration law and pass other enforcement measures in order to end the crisis. Over thirty radio talk show hosts from around the country covered the annual event which included a congressional hearing that took testimony from law enforcement and family members of 9-11 victims. IFCO Investigation Continues L Rittman, OH -- OJJPAC traveled to Rittman, Ohio, two years ago to investigate IFCO Systems, an international logistics service provider. IFCO was raided by federal law enforcement for hiring over 1,100 illegal aliens at a number of its U.S. based plants. IFCO has a number of pallet services facilities in the U.S., including its Rittman, Ohio facility [near Akron]. OJJPAC spoke with a number of people in Rittman. Some citizens OJJPAC spoke with were neighbors to some of the illegal Guatemalan workers allegedly hired by IFCO. After the raid, the illegal Guatemalan workers were replaced by American workers, some of whom had been displaced by the illegal alien workers brought in by IFCO. Just because the alleged rapist Andres P. Pedro was turned over to ICE doesn't make the issue of the alleged rape to an Ohio woman inconsequential. Democratic Leadership Undermining U.S. Border Security? Senate
Democrats continue to play politics with the national security of the
United States. The latest ploy to fool the American people is one
we have seen before. It involves the Senate voting to fund border
security so it looks like they are serious about border security but
then gutting border security financing quietly in a
committee.
In this case, the Senate had voted 95-1 to spend $3 billion on border security. The amendment to the Defense Appropriations Bill would have bolstered U.S. border security, including a much needed hiring of another 5,000 border patrol agents, money for a security fence, and additional detention beds so illegal alien criminals would not be caught and released back into the U.S.. However, in a conference committee, the $3 billion dollars was cut from the Defense Appropriations Bill by Senate Democrats all but ensuring that the Department of Homeland Security won't get the money for border security. Why? Because the Democrats added the money to a bill that President Bush plans to veto--killing the bill and the money for border security. Why would Democrats do this? The Democrats have had a national political strategy of getting illegal aliens to join the Democratic Party. To do that, they need to make illegal aliens citizens. That is why they have been supporting Amnesty for illegal aliens (what they call "comprehensive immigration reform"). Since border security is the last thing illegal aliens want (since it prevents them and their relatives from illegally entering the U.S.) the Democrats are fighting any program that supports the enforcement of U.S. immigration laws, including U.S. border security. However, they will publicly pretend that they are strong supporters of border security. |

Illegal Alien in Ohio sentenced to prison for Social Security Fraud and Aggravated ID theft Guatemalan Bernardo Marcos-Matom, 38, who was living illegally at 717 Race Street, Dover, Ohio was sentenced yesterday by United States District Court Judge Sara Lioi to 38 months in prison. A federal grand jury in Cleveland, Ohio, returned a seven count indictment last June charging Marcos-Matom with False Claim to United States Citizenship, Aggravated Identity Theft, and Social Security Fraud. Marcos-Matom was also ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $2,816 to the U.S. citizen whose identity he stole. According to the victim, the theft of his identity documents resulted in poor credit reports, his inability to obtain employment for which he was qualified, and a criminal record based on the activity of the defendant, or others using his identity. |

Supporters of the now deported Mexican felon Elvira Arellano met Monday evening at the Iglesia Hispana Del Nazareno church on W 89th street in Cleveland. The 100 or so attendees filled the church sanctuary and quietly listened to a number of speakers, with punctuated loud applause. The special guest speakers of the event included Elvira Arellano's 8-year-old son Saulito Arellano, his guardian Emma Lozano of Centros Sin Fronteras, and her husband, Walter Coleman, pastor of the Adalberto United Methodist Church in Chicago. The Adalberto United Methodist Church was where Elvira Arellano lived as a fugitive for about one year prior to her arrest in Los Angeles and subsequently deportation. The event was sponsored by Veronica Dahlber, executive director of Hispanas Organizadas de Lake y Ashtabula counties (HOLA) and the Hispanic Roundtable, lead by Jose Feliciano, a former city prosecutor and current partner at the law firm of Baker Hostetler. With the unprecedented influx of millions of
legal and illegal immigrants into the United States, many new and diverse cultural practices are being celebrated
in our communities across the United States. One new practice is female
genital mutilation. The U.S. Department of State reports that in Ethiopia, it is culturally encouraged to mutilate a female's genitals. In fact, in a study of 65 of the country's 80 ethnic groups, over 70% of the female population had some form of female genital mutilation. The practice also take place in 27 other African countries. Many immigrants continue the mutilation practice in the U.S. Here is one female genital mutilation cultural practice: Type III Type III is the excision (removal) of part or all of the external genitalia (clitoris, labia minora and labia majora) and stitching or narrowing of the vaginal opening, leaving a very small opening, about the size of a matchstick, to allow for the flow of urine and menstrual blood. The girl or woman's legs are then bound together from the hip to the ankle so she remains immobile for approximately 40 days to allow for the formation of scar tissue. [OJJPAC note: In the U.S. we call this torture, for them it's a normal behavior.] |

Celebrating The Diversity of World Culture! A Cultural Practices in India: Tantrik Ritual Killings An Indian couple who had a daughter but desired to have a boy, arranged for the kidnapping of a 6-year-old neighbor at the advice of a tantrik (a spiritualist practitioner of tantrism). Once kidnapped, they mutilated and killed the 6-year-old boy while chanting mantras (in order to leverage supernatural powers to have their own son). The Hindustan Times reported 25 human sacrifices in just the western Uttar Pradesh in a 6 month period. Although the cultural practice is illegal in India, it is still practiced by millions of people in Indian society. Although the practice supposedly came from Hinduism, some Buddhists and Muslims also practice tantrism. Some tantriks say human sacrifice is not necessary since animals can also be killed as a sacrifice. Other Indian tantrics say there are ways to treat clients without any human or animal sacrifice. Question: Are people who believe in human sacrifice able to obtain a visa and or permanent residence in the U.S.? It seems that the state is going out of its way to make sure illegal aliens will get US taxpayer-paid-for benefits as long as they haven't got an existing deportation order. Jaime Sanchez-Ospina, a Columbian national illegally living in Stamford, Connecticut, was sentenced in December to 33 months in prison for reentering the United States after twice being deported. According to court documents, on March 18, 1994, Sanchez-Ospina was arrested for possession of approximately 2.5 pounds of heroin that he was hiding in his stomach. Will Communist China sell-off much of it's estimated $1 Trillion in US currency? It has been reported that 10% China's cash reserves are now in US dollars--$1 trillion of them! But since the US dollar has slid in value (costing China an estimated $300 billion), rumors are circulating that the Chinese want to sell-off much of its reserve in US greenbacks and buy Euros instead. The tricky part for the Chinese is how to sell a big block of USD's without causing a world-wide currency panic that would further devaluate the US dollar--before they could unload the lot. A) Some jurisdictions have "DWI treatment courts." Your public officials are sending illegal alien defendants to treatment centers so they don't go to jail where their illegal immigration status might be checked (and US Immigration and Customs Enforcement notification).
Find out if there is a DWI treatment court program in your area. Monitor its activity and speak with area probation officers to find out if illegals or suspected illegals are being placed in treatment programs. Insist that all illegal aliens are removed from programs and turned over to the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Scarce treatment dollars [tax dollars] should be spent on Americans not foreign nationals who intentionally illegally entered the US. These criminals can and should be deported--it is the law! |

Mexicans' remove US flag, attack Americans Fly Mexico's flag over California US Post Office The issue of illegal immigration led to reported violence, vandalism, threats, and intimidation in Maywood, California this week. Peaceful community activists came to Maywood to protest the city's policy of providing sanctuary to illegal aliens. The protestors' asked the City of Maywood to end its policy of providing a safe haven for illegal aliens. The activists' contend that the city's sanctuary policy is a threat to all of California's citizens because it give criminals a place to live in the US without fear of being reported to federal immigration authorities. The activists' protest was interrupted soon after it started by the very criminals they were protesting against. Fearful of losing their safe haven, illegal Mexicans began showing up at the protest site to scream obscenities and spit on the Americans who dared to enter Maywood, which they consider de facto Mexican territory. To make their point, the Mexicans took down a US flag from a Post Office flagpole and raised Mexico's flag instead--a show of defiance and repudiation of US sovereignty. Some also held racist signs, demanding the "Europeans" (i.e., US citizens of European decent) to go back to Europe. The illegal Mexican nationals also became violent, reportedly roughing-up US citizen. In addition to attacks and threats, some of the activists' vehicles were severely vandalized--including broken windows, scratched paint, and the spray painting of obscenities.
